Declaration on data protection:
We (Andreas Magdanz, Kapellenstrasse 66, D-52066 Aachen, Germany) observe the provisions of the Federal German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG), the Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz – TMG) and any other applicable provisions on data protection.
We only use your personal details for handling and carrying out your order/the contract. We store and process all customer details in observance of the pertinent provisions of the Federal German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and Telemedia Act (TMG).
We do not pass on your personal details, including your postal address and e-mail address, to any third party other than our service partners who require this information to attend to your order (e.g. the forwarder authorised to deliver your purchase and the credit institute authorised to handle your payment). In these cases, however, the details provided are restricted to the absolute minimum.

We are not able to match up these data with any specific person. These data are not brought together with other data sources.
